Espaillat reiterated this sentiment later in Spanish at 16:02 UTC on March 24. He noted Melody Capote's impactful work as executive director of CCCADI and her efforts to support women within their community by tweeting, "Marzo es el Mes de la Historia de la Mujer, y quiero destacar a mujeres fuertes del NY-13.
