The parties involved in a recent litigation have announced that they have reached an agreement, bringing the legal proceedings to a close. As part of this resolution, current students will establish a new club named Hareni. This club aims to support LGBTQ students and their allies.

Hareni will function under the approved guidelines set by Yeshiva University's senior rabbis. It is intended to operate like other student clubs on campus, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for all members of the university community.

"The parties have reached an agreement and the litigation is ending," stated representatives involved in the agreement. They emphasized that Hareni will embody "the spirit of a collaborative and mutually supportive campus culture."
