Aaron Tuchman ’24SB — Co-Founder and CEO, Noble Custom SuitsFrom Bergenfield to Long Island: A Journey in Fashion

Aaron, a Bergenfield, NJ native, graduated from Yeshiva University's Sy Syms School of Business in May 2024 with a major in Strategy & Entrepreneurship and a minor in Marketing. His journey from a student with a dream to the founder of a successful custom suit company is a testament to his dedication and vision.

“My education and experience at Sy Syms, specifically the guidance and mentorship of some incredible professors like Mark Finkel and Ari Zoldan, provided me with invaluable insights, knowledge and skills that laid the foundation for successfully founding my company,” Aaron reflects.

Noble Custom Suits, which Aaron launched during his college years, has quickly made a name for itself in the fashion world. While still in college, Aaron managed to balance schoolwork with running Noble Custom Suits, achieving an impressive $75,000 in revenue. Aaron’s role encompasses every aspect of the business, from tailoring to client relations, ensuring that each suit is crafted to meet the highest standards of quality and personalization.

“The biggest difference is the convenience,” Aaron explains. “I’ve made suits for clients at 1 a.m. My clients never have to carve out time to commute for appointments unless they want to. Having a young, stylish guy like me running the show means I can innovate in ways the older crowd might not."

Aaron’s journey into the world of custom suits was inspired by his personal experience with a custom suit he ordered for his wedding. Disappointed by the service and product, he saw an opportunity to create a high-end yet relatable service with a focus on customer satisfaction, fair pricing and innovative styles.

“I always had a passion for fashion and my experience with custom suits made me want to offer a better option,” Aaron reflects. His father, Donny Tuchman ’99YC, has been supportive throughout his entrepreneurial journey. “My father's unwavering support has kept me going even when things seemed impossible,” Aaron notes.

Noble Custom Suits offers a meticulous process beginning with an initial appointment where clients choose fabrics and features. Over 25 measurements are taken before crafting begins. After 3-4 weeks, clients try on their suit for any necessary adjustments.

Some higher-profile clientele include former Yeshiva University basketball star Ryan Turell and tech columnist Hillel Fuld. Mr. Fuld shared his experience: “I had specific styles and colors in mind... I highly recommend working with Aaron.”

Aaron advises aspiring entrepreneurs: “Just go for it... It’s worth every second of the grind if you do what you love.”

With strategic thinking and personal passion driving him forward, Aaron Tuchman aims to keep Noble Custom Suits at the forefront of custom menswear.
