Visiting Professor Gaia Bernstein will be a commentator on the “Myths and Realities of Patent Law at the Supreme Court” panel at the New York University School of Law Thirteenth Annual Tri-State Region IP Workshop on January 13.

Professor Pamela Foohey filed an amicus curiae brief with a group of legal scholars for Biden v. Nebraska and Brown v. U.S. Department of Education, cases dealing with challenges to the Department of Education’s one-time student debt forgiveness program.

Professor Young Ran (Christine) Kim's paper, “State Digital Services Taxes: A Good and Permissible Idea (Despite What You Might Have Heard),” was published in the Notre Dame Law Review.

Professor Michel Rosenfeld participated in a panel about his book, “A Pluralist Theory of Constitutional Justice,” at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, Italy on January 11. He will also present his book at a round table discussion at Sciences Po in Paris on January 13.
