Abou's shop specializes in local halal meats sourced from small, local farms just a few hours from NYC. They slaughter, butcher and deliver meat to customers all within the same week. This one-week process ensures that customers are consuming meat that is truly fresh.
From first participating in the QEDC StartUP! competition in 2019 to winning the competition in 2021 to finally opening his butchery storefront, we've witnessed Abou meticulously execute his vision and become a value add to the community!
