The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Adriano Espaillat, Adriano Espaillat for Congress, refunded $500 to Rigoberto Sanchez on July 15, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Adriano Espaillat for Congress has refunded $500 total since Feb. 1.
