Cost of college was unchanged for all students at the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

New York students paid $17,085 to attend the two-year private not-for-profit institution in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 58 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 7 students received grants or scholarships totaling $48,280 and 5 students took out student loans totaling more than $21,500.

Including all undergraduates (440), 237 students used grants or scholarships totaling $564,075, and 321 students took out $1.3 million in federal student loans.
