Cost of college went down for all students at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine-New York

Tuition and fees fell 11.9 percent for 2018-19 at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine-New York, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

New York students paid $10,217 to attend the four-year private for-profit institution this year – $1,375 less than the $11,592 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 66 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 12 students received grants or scholarships totaling $91,702 and 18 students took out student loans totaling more than $246,937.

Including all undergraduates (581), 36 students used grants or scholarships totaling $222,131, and 69 students took out $334,848 in federal student loans.
