Cost of college was unchanged for all students at the Aveda Institute-New York

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at the Aveda Institute-New York, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

New York students paid $17,395 to attend the private for-profit school in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 78 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 25 students received grants or scholarships totaling $111,247 and 29 students took out student loans totaling more than $282,226.

Including all undergraduates (210), 124 students used grants or scholarships totaling $578,568, and 155 students took out $1.1 million in federal student loans.
