New York students paid $51,828 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $1,364 more than the $50,464 charged for 2017-18.
Data shows 51 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 2,716 students received grants or scholarships totaling $81 million and 1,881 students took out student loans totaling more than $14.5 million.
Including all undergraduates (51,847), 12,860 students used grants or scholarships totaling $379.1 million, and 8,223 students took out $60.5 million in federal student loans.
