30 percent of applicants to Plaza College were admitted for fall 2018

At Plaza College, 48 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 80 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private for-profit institution in Forest Hills enrolled 902 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 11.9 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

100 percent of undergraduates are residents of New York.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Hispanic or Latino (30 percent) and Black or African American (29 percent).

The school admitted 30 percent of the 1,768 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 54 percent enrolled.
