Pacific College of Oriental Medicine-New York enrolls 188 undergrads

At Pacific College of Oriental Medicine-New York, 87 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 79 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private for-profit institution in New York enrolled 581 students in fall 2018, including 188 in undergraduate and 393 in graduate programs, data shows. 6.4 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

85 percent of undergraduates are residents of New York, and 12 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (26 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (22 percent).
