60 percent of applicants to Yeshiva University were admitted for fall 2018

At Yeshiva University, 99 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 53 percent are male, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in New York enrolled 6,479 students in fall 2018, including 2,728 in undergraduate and 3,751 in graduate programs, data shows. 0.5 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

32 percent of undergraduates are residents of New York, and 58 percent are residents of other states. 10 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (93 percent).

The school admitted 60 percent of the 1,508 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 59 percent enrolled.
