The Institute of Culinary Education enrolls 528 undergrads

At the Institute of Culinary Education, 56 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 54 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The private for-profit school in New York enrolled 528 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. No undergraduates were transferred from another college or university.

54 percent of undergraduates are residents of New York, and 41 percent are residents of other states. 4 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (36 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (27 percent).
