78 percent of applicants to Marymount Manhattan College were admitted for fall 2018

At Marymount Manhattan College, 91 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 78 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in New York enrolled 2,063 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 6.4 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

24 percent of undergraduates are residents of New York, and 72 percent are residents of other states. 3 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (57 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (16 percent).

The school admitted 78 percent of the 5,692 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 11 percent enrolled.
