Stella and Charles Guttman Community College enrolls 955 undergrads

At Stella and Charles Guttman Community College, 99 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 53 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The two-year public institution in New York enrolled 955 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. No undergraduates were transferred from another college or university.

99 percent of undergraduates are residents of New York, and 1 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Hispanic or Latino (61 percent) and Black or African American (24 percent).
