Graduates earn 277 degrees, certificates from the Swedish Institute a College of Health Sciences

About 96 percent of the 277 degrees and certificates handed out by the Swedish Institute a College of Health Sciences in 2017-18 were to students in health professions and related programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in York conferred 237 associate's degrees and 29 certificates in health professions and related programs.

But the single most popular program was for a associate's degree in massage therapy/therapeutic massage. Data shows the school gave out 102 associate's degrees in massage therapy/therapeutic massage, followed by 51 associate's degrees in medical administrative/executive assistant and medical secretary and 47 associate's degrees in surgical technology/technologist.

The college enrolled 705 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
