TriBeCa home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in TriBeCa fell by $347,500 while total sales increased by 16.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 121 homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,650,000 - a 11.6% decrease over the $2,997,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 104 homes sold in TriBeCa in 2016.
