Carnegie Hill home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Carnegie Hill fell by $554,230 while total sales decreased by 11.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,995,770 - a 21.7% decrease over the $2,550,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Carnegie Hill in 2016.
