Lower East Side home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Lower East Side fell by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,225,000 - a 1.4% decrease over the $1,242,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Lower East Side in 2016.
