Midtown East/Turtle Bay home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Midtown East/Turtle Bay rose by $219,500 while total sales increased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 221 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,185,000 - a 22.7% increase over the $965,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 208 homes sold in Midtown East/Turtle Bay in 2016.
