East Harlem home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in East Harlem fell by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 28.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $610,000 - a 1.1% decrease over the $616,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in East Harlem in 2016.
