Flatiron home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Flatiron rose by $672,500 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,305,000 - a 41.2% increase over the $1,632,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Flatiron in the fourth quarter of 2016.
