SoHo home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in SoHo fell by $600,000 while total sales decreased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,450,000 - a 19.7% decrease over the $3,050,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in SoHo in the first quarter of 2017.
