Upper East Side home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Upper East Side fell by $362,500 while total sales decreased by 19.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,712,500 - a 17.5% decrease over the $2,075,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Upper East Side in the first quarter of 2017.
