Midtown home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Midtown fell by $355,000 while total sales decreased by 27.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,200,000 - a 22.8% decrease over the $1,555,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Midtown in the first quarter of 2017.
