Central Harlem home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Central Harlem rose by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $915,500 - a 1.7% increase over the $900,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Central Harlem in the first quarter of 2017.
