Upper West Side home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Upper West Side fell by $168,500 while total sales increased by 8.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $911,500 - a 15.6% decrease over the $1,080,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Upper West Side in the first quarter of 2017.
