SoHo home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in SoHo rose by $275,000 while total sales decreased by 4.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,600,000 - a 11.8% increase over the $2,325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in SoHo in the second half of 2016.
