Clinton/Hell's Kitchen home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen fell by $20,500 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $978,000 - a 2.1% decrease over the $998,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen in the second half of 2016.
