Kips Bay home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Kips Bay fell by $1,500 while total sales increased by 39.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $876,000 - a 0.2% decrease over the $877,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Kips Bay in the second half of 2016.
