Chinatown home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Chinatown fell by $46,000 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $784,000 - a 5.5% decrease over the $830,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Chinatown in the second half of 2016.
