Park Slope/Gowanus home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Park Slope/Gowanus rose by $135,000 while total sales decreased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $990,000 - a 15.8% increase over the $855,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Park Slope/Gowanus in July 2016.
