Prospect Heights home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Prospect Heights fell by $987,450 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $549,000 - a 64.3% decrease over the $1,536,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Prospect Heights in July 2016.
