The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Brooklyn Heights/Cobble Hill fell by $464,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $430,000 - a 51.9% decrease over the $894,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Brooklyn Heights/Cobble Hill in October 2016.
