Brooklyn Heights/Cobble Hill home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Brooklyn Heights/Cobble Hill rose by $415,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $890,000 - a 87.4% increase over the $475,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Brooklyn Heights/Cobble Hill in January 2017.
