Wall Street home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Wall Street rose by $645,000 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,635,000 - a 65.2% increase over the $990,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Wall Street in July 2016.
