East Village home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in East Village fell by $1,005,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,425,000 - a 41.4% decrease over the $2,430,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in East Village in July 2016.
