Hamilton Heights home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Hamilton Heights rose by $615,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,270,000 - a 93.9% increase over the $655,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hamilton Heights in July 2016.
