Times Square home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Times Square fell by $30,500 while total sales decreased by 52.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $967,500 - a 3.1% decrease over the $998,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Times Square in July 2016.
