Yorkville home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Yorkville fell by $356,750 while total sales increased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $843,250 - a 29.7% decrease over the $1,200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Yorkville in July 2016.
