Carnegie Hill home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Carnegie Hill fell by $6,052,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,447,500 - a 80.7% decrease over the $7,500,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Carnegie Hill in October 2016.
