Upper East Side home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Upper East Side rose by $368,000 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,732,500 - a 27% increase over the $1,364,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Upper East Side in October 2016.
