Lenox Hill home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Lenox Hill fell by $375,000 while total sales decreased by 40.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,300,000 - a 22.4% decrease over the $1,675,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Lenox Hill in October 2016.
