TriBeCa home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in TriBeCa fell by $425,000 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,400,000 - a 15% decrease over the $2,825,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in TriBeCa in October 2016.
