West Village home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in West Village fell by $224,961 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,600,039 - a 12.3% decrease over the $1,825,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in West Village in October 2016.
