The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen fell by $137,500 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,047,500 - a 11.6% decrease over the $1,185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen in October 2016.
