Manhattan Valley home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Manhattan Valley rose by $321,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $930,000 - a 52.7% increase over the $609,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Manhattan Valley in October 2016, as well.
