Wall Street home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Wall Street fell by $323,000 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $755,000 - a 30% decrease over the $1,078,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Wall Street in October 2016.
