Chelsea home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Chelsea fell by $1,285,625 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,176,875 - a 52.2% decrease over the $2,462,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Chelsea in November 2016.
